As we approach our centenary we have an opportunity to invest in the future of our clubs by recruiting new members and I am very willing to help clubs in any way that I can.

Rotarians enjoy membership and are proud of their club's work so, if we focus on membership recruitment and retention, we should be able to ensure that the good work and enjoyment continue for many years to come.

I urge all clubs to give this issue their serious attention during our centenary year and to contact me for any help that I may be able to give
