The 2011 District Conference will be held in Warwick University's purpose-built Conference Centre. which
offers excellent meeting facilities, award-winning catering and hotel-quality
accommodation and customer services.
The campus is less than 15 minutes from the excellent shopping centre at Royal
Leamington Spa, 20 minutes from Warwick and 30 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon |

Warwick has been chosen to provide Conference attendees with a comprehensive
affordable package of accommodation, meetings, events and social interaction all
on one site with everything in easy walking distance. There will be no
need for Club conference officers to find, or negotiate with, individual hotels |

Conference sessions will take place in the Warwick Arts Centre's Butterworth Hall,
a state-of-the art 1,200-seater auditorium. |

Accommodation is provided in the "Scarman" and "Radcliffe" Conference
Centres. These are purpose-built and in year-round use - they are not University student accommodation.
Each has its own reception and customer service. |

Accommodation is packaged as a two-night dinner, bed and breakfast package in double, twin-bedded
or single rooms, all en-suite. Every effort will be made to ensure that a Club's delegates are accommodated together. |

All conference delegates will also have access to the campus sports facilities,
including a fully equipped gymnasium and indoor swimming pool. |

Dinner on Friday evening will be in the two conference centre restaurants. The gala dinner on Saturday evening
is included in the accommodation cost - it is not part of the Conference fee, nor is
it an "Extra" |
