RYLA
Each year, thousands of young people all over the world take part in the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) programme.
District 1100 invites young people aged between 16 and 18 to join a week long, all expenses paid RYLA course.
Participants can expect an action packed week, when their leadership potential will be developed to the full.
The programme is a carefully structured series of confidence building exercises, backed up with theory and reviews.
The course will help young people to:
develop self their esteem and improve their communication and leadership skills;
be able to use their initiative in demanding situations;
learn about business, meet Rotarians and - most important of all - have fun.
Interested applicants should contact their local Rotary Club, which can be identified by clicking here.
